From our guests —
“We have traveled
quite a few places and have never encountered such beauty. Your place
is magnificent. We will definitely be returning.”
— Ben and Megan, Ohio, 2007
“It was an incredible
week for us. Your facility and staff are excellent, helpful and friendly.
The dining in the evenings was world class. ”
— Thomas, Montana, 2007
“Excellent food, excellent
service, excellent atmosphere.”
— Matt & Ree, Tennessee, 2007
“Beautiful view! Delicious
food!”
— Peggy, Ohio, 2007
“This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We loved the décor
and feel which was tasteful and yet reminded us we had come to the
mountains to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.”
— Atlanta, 2007
“We were driven down to their pavilion at our request (there is also a hiking path). Once there we were greeted by a lit fire in the fireplace, soft music and comforts such as bottled waters and even bug spray (which we had forgotten but didn't
need).”
— Florida, 2006
“Best place in the
Smokies! Excellent place for a family vacation, plenty of things
to do for everyone. Definitely will go back.”
—Alabama, 2006
“The lodge is way,
way up above the hustle of Gatlinburg (in fact you will not even
know that burg is even there) with a wonderful view of the National
Park. Our room had a separate kitchenette (stove, fridge/freezer,
sink, microwave, and large, countertop), Jacuzzi tub, separate shower
and toilet area. The main room had more than enough space, even with
a king-size bed, sofa, chair, dining table, coffee table, chest,
built-in gas-log fireplace.”
—Ohio, 2006
“In the evening the
staff left a plate of freshly baked cookies on our bed, which was
a wonderful surprise upon returning from a day of hiking in the park.
We were glad to get away from all the hustle and bustle and experience
more of what staying in the Smoky Mountains should be like.”
— Alabama, 2006
“We had a glorious
weekend. The Lodge provided mountain cabin atmosphere, with a touch
of class. The little extras that were complimentary were a nice touch.
We enjoyed dinner at the Lodge one night. Excellent!”
— Maryland, 2006
“The Lodge is private
and secluded yet only a short drive down the mountain to Gatlinburg.
Room is rustic yet luxurious with a six-foot Jacuzzi tub, separate
marble shower, double sinks and kitchenette. If you want to eat dinner
at the restaurant make sure you make a reservation before you arrive.
They tend to fill up fast.”
— Florida, 2006
“Best relaxation we
ever had. If you want real relaxation, this is the place. Great accommodations,
quiet, comfortable, excellent food, fabulous scenery. And only a
few minutes from all the excitement of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
if you want family activities galore. This rates very high on our
list of great vacations.”
